They were able to come out quickly and the problem was more complicated than we had all hoped but they were able to get us back up and running quickly. I really appreciated that they were sensitive to keeping costs down and providing options. Everyone was also super pleasant and great to work with through the whole process as well.

I have not done work with Ric yet, but I know he knows the Navien brand of furnaces well as a a dealer for them in Lakewood Ca. These Navien Furnaces are amazing and super efficient. The heat they provide is incredible. These are high end, but well priced furnaces. Ric's pricing seems very fair and almost too low compared to other competitors. You need a specialized kind of HVAC tech to install these high efficiency units and Ric knows how to do it. So if you get a Navien in Lakewood I would only get it from Ric. Good solid guy and has a great team to make it happen. I live in Lake Arrowhead and Naviens are the go to brand for our cold mountains and unique climate. Go Navien for the win!
